Shipping Policy – Day Off Mood

Processing Time All orders are fulfilled on demand by our print partner, Printful. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and dispatched. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Domestic (UK) Shipping UK orders are shipped via standard tracked services. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

European Union: 7–14 business days — £14.99

United States, Canada, Japan & other destinations: 10–20 business days — £23.99

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or peak periods.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Duties & Customs International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. Day Off Mood has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Fulfilment Exceptions In rare cases, fulfilment may be delayed or declined due to stock availability, print quality issues, or supplier constraints. If your order is affected, we'll contact you promptly with options — including a replacement, alternative product, or full refund.
